Yusuf Dayur, a 12-year-old from Minnesota, is getting a lot of attention for posting a YouTube response to Republican candidate Ben Carson, who said he couldn’t support a Muslim as president of the United States.

In the video, Yusuf Dayur says he wants Carson to know that he’s 12, Muslim and planning on becoming president. His message for Carson is clear: “I don’t care what you say, because I will become president.”
According to Yusuf, people of all faiths and races should have the opportunity to become president. “What if someone told you that you can’t become president because of your race? What if someone told you, you can’t become president because of your faith? And that’s what you did to me,” Yusuf says in the video.
The video ends with Yusuf saying that when he is president, he will respect people of all faiths.
