Have you ever seen a mosque so beautiful, yet so simple? The mosque I’m talking about is located in the Asaita area of Danakil, Ethiopia. All over the world, we have these giant mosques that cost millions. This one was built by people who just really wanted a place to pray.
It doesn’t have marble walls or gigantic chandeliers.
If you look closely at the minaret, you can see that they made a small moon at the top.
Most of the visitors are nomads who pass by with their camels.
