ABC’s new FBI thriller “Quantico” has a hijab wearing character: what do you think?

ABC launches a brand new FBI thriller: Quantico. The main characters are a diverse group of recruits, who arrive at the FBI Quantico Base for training. They are the best and they’re battling each other for a spot in the FBI. There is one problem: one of them is a terrorist who is responsable for a major attack on American soil.

One of the recruits is the hijab wearing Nimah Anwar (Yasmine Al Massri) which is pretty unique for a primetime show. But of course, the storyline of terrorism makes it seem a little more clear. Or is that just negative thinking? What’s your opinion on this? Will you be watching? Let us now!

        The title literally asks him/her what they think.

    It reflects the American society, we see hijabi women everywhere imcluding FBI so it’s real and besides she is so beautiful. I like it

    It’s not a new thing for TV shows to include a Muslim woman, w/ or w/o a hijab. I don’t know why this is news worthy.
